Thank you so much for booking with Rosie Hunter Artistry! Please bear in mind the following logistics and retain this information for your reference. Upon review, please electronically sign at the bottom and send Rosie your deposit.

• If you cannot comply with the Health & Wellness guidelines, or something changes health wise, you must reschedule/cancel your appointment.

• If you are going to be late, please call, text, or message. Clients later than 15 minutes may need to reschedule or have their service altered based on surrounding appointments.

• The elevated artistry chair has a weight limit of 300 lbs. For your safety, please advise in advance if separate seating is needed for your appointment. Thank you so much.

PAYMENT

Zelle, Cash, or Venmo (payment between friends) accepted. Invoice will be sent to client, and payment is due on the day of services.

DEPOSIT

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your beauty appointment and must be received within 24 hours of booking. Upon completion of services, this amount will be deducted from your final balance. Your appointment IS NOT confirmed until your deposit is made.

RESCHEDULING

Life happens and things shift. In this spirit Rosie will reschedule once without a fee. A second reschedule is an additional $50 to be added to the final balance.

CANCELLATION

In the event the Client cancels the Event Service Contract less than one week prior to the scheduled date, Client will be responsible for 50% the total service fee. If the Client cancels one week or less prior to the contracted date, the client is responsible for 100% of the services contract. Upon payment Client will have no further liability to the Artist hereunder.

COVID19/ACT OF GOD CLAUSE

The initial deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining balance will be waived if the services are cancelled at least 1 week prior to the event date. If there is an “act of God” (death, hospitalization, state closure, natural disaster) within the one-week window of the event date, the remaining balance will be waived.

• Makeup Artist's obligation to give services hereunder is subject to the unavailability of the Artist as a result of hospitalization, accidents, natural disasters and other unforeseen events beyond the Artists’ control. Client will not hold artist liable for any damages.

BEAUTY SERVICES LOCATION

REQUIREMENTS & SAFETY

All beauty services must take place in a location that meets the following criteria:

Clients must adhere to and follow all guidelines set forth in the Health & Wellness Guidelines. By signing this agreement, you are confirming you have read, understood, and are complying with the guidelines. Please do not put Rosie and her family in danger by lying to her about your COVID/health status. Thank you for your honesty and cooperation.

• Work area must be free from overwhelming/excessive pet fur/dander. Rosie is allergic to cats and dogs, and she also needs to protect the integrity of her kit for other sensitive clients. If there are pets, please place fur babies in another section of the residence. If there is a thick covering of pet fur on all surfaces at your residence, please schedule your beauty appointment at a separate location.

• Artist must have an adequate space to do beauty services. Rosie brings a full salon worth of product to every client, and a clean, larger surface is needed to set up on. Rosie needs at least a 5x5 space to work, preferably somewhere with natural light and a larger table/counter. If your residence cannot comply, please ensure the appointment is scheduled elsewhere.

• Must be climate controlled in the room where services are happening. While Rosie has been called a magician on several occasions, it’s nearly impossible to get excellent results if all parties are sweating like crazy or frozen.

All clients must treat the artist with kindness and respect. Any verbal/physical abuse will not be tolerated. This is not limited to but includes hate speech, grabbing of tools/product, screaming profanity at and/or bullying the artist, excessive intoxication, or inappropriate touching of any kind.

• Must be safe for the artist. If the artist feels unsafe at any time during the appointment, she has the full authority to refuse services and must be fully compensated per the contract.

• No weapons of any kind present where the artist is performing beauty services.

• No illegal drug use of any kind while the artist is present.

The artist reserves the right to refuse services upon arrival or at any time if these requirements are not adhered to. The client will owe 100% of the contracted amount to the artist regardless of how many services have been completed. After payment is made, pending the artist isn’t harmed in any physical capacity, the client will have no further liability to the artist.
